What are your office hours?
All sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Every effort will be made to provide availability at times that are convenient for you. Appointments can be arranged Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Some Saturday appointments may be made available for those who are unable to schedule at another time.
How can I contact you?
You can contact me by email or by phone. When you call the office, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you email me, I will get back to you within 48 hours. If I have not returned your call or email in 48 hours, please get back to me just to make sure your message was not lost.
Emergency service is not offered on a 24 hour basis. If your call is not returned quickly enough to meet your need, you have the option of contacting your family physician or local emergency service.
What are your rates?
Individual Sessions: $150.00 per hour
Couples Sessions: $150.00 per hour
Payment is required at the time of service.
Important note: I accept cash or checks for payment. I do not bill insurance. I can refer to colleagues who take insurance.
What if I have to cancel an appointment?
If you must cancel an individual or couples session, please call 24 hours in advance so your time can be made available to someone else. You will be responsible for the full fee for sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
